First edition
The first Hacker Space Fest (HSF) was held at the /tmp/lab near Paris, France in June 2008. The goal of this festival was to bring together people from many cultural and technological backgrounds and from different Hacker Spaces and Autonomous zones in France and Europe to share their experience and show their ongoing projects.
During the week of HSF, about 300 people came to visit and participate. We can be proud of what happened there. A good mix of Art, Hack, Politics and even Religion (Worship the Hot Potato!) along with excellent self-organization make very good memories.
